Richard P. Diaz, DNP, FNP/PMHNP-BC — Psychiatric & Family
Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Diaz is a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner who helps adults
and families navigate depression, anxiety , bipolar disorder, schizophr enia,
trauma-r elated conditions, and substance use. He blends clear, evidence-based
medication management with a calm, collaborative style so patients understand their
options and feel in control of their care.
He has provided care across hospital, community , and outpatient settings, where he
managed medications across primary care, mental health, and addiction medicine. A
retired U.S. Army Major (Nurse Corps), he brings a steady, mission-driven approach to
privacy , safety, and follow-thr ough.
An experienced educator , Dr. Diaz has taught through several University level nurse
educator programs.. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry from the
University of Tennessee Health Science Center, with prior degrees from Sage Graduate
School and SUNY Albany .
Care philosophy: thoughtful assessment, practical treatment plans, clear
explanations, and coordinated care with the therapy and primary-car e team—deliver ed in
English or Spanish to fit real life.
Erin Haytaian
D NP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr Erin Haytaian, DNP, APRN, PHP-BC is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides compassionate practical medication management via telehealth in collaboration with each patient's therapy team. She cares for adolescents and adults with depression anxiety bipolar disorder ADHD trauma related conditions and other behavioral health needs focusing on clear plans and steady follow-through.
Dr Haytaian has delivered psychiatric care across community clinics emergency settings as well as through multi-state telehealth programs since 2015.
Licensed as an APRN in Texas since 2015, Dr Haitian was trained at the University of Texas at Austin with a BSN. She received further training earning a msn/apn as well as a doctorate of nursing practice at University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurse Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her care philosophy and goal is to provide thoughtful assessment through clear communication and treatment plans that integrate with therapy and fit real life.
